That's a wrap!

For the past four months, I have been interning with Jana Cruder, a very talented and passionate photographer. I have learned so many priceless lessons during my time here. I walk away from this internship with so much more knowledge about the photography business but also changed as a person. I realize now how much it takes to pursue this career and be successful. I have met so many wonderful people on this journey! Jana has surrounded herself with a network of hardworking, honest, funny, passionate people! I am so grateful to have had the chance to work with people of their caliber!

It is weird to think that tomorrow I turn in my studio keys and head to California for a few days before returning back to North Carolina. There have been so many generous, people here as well. Christine who has opened up her home to me, so that I could have a safe and beautiful place to call home during my stay.

Jana determined, passionate, talented female whose heart is as big as her talent. I will never for get the lessons I have learned during this time, and your taking me under your wing so that I could learn lessons that cannot be taught in the classroom! Your willingness to mentor me and spend time teaching me the ropes has meant more than I could ever express in words.

Ren humble, talented, funny, my partner in crime, passionate, and a perfectionist. I respect you so much and can't wait to see all of the amazing things you do in your career. I am so thankful for your friendship and have enjoyed all of our singing sessions and taco lunches! I'll miss our shenanigans in the studio and driving Jana crazy with 'and then'. I look forward to seeing all of the beautiful images you're going to create!

Janis I am thankful that I've had the opportunity to get to know you! I always enjoy our heart to heart talks and our vent sessions! You're great at what you do and I know you're going to find your niche and rock it! I'll miss our 7 eleven trips to get our daily caffeine fix and all the weird sightings we always seem to have together in Vegas!

To all of the other wonderful people I've had the privilege of working with Whitney , Scott, Brad, Marshall, Jeff, Aeon, Lisette, Dee, Nicole, Ria, Rand, Byron, Tony, Ricci, thank you for being so wonderful to work with and making me feel at home! I am thankful to have crossed paths with each and everyone of you.

While I could go on for days, this has by far been one of the most enriching times in my life. I look forward to what the future has for me and the amazing people I know I will continue to work with and meet! I have been blessed beyond measure and am eternally grateful for the opportunity I've had these past few months. It is a bitter sweet feeling to walk away and know I won't see these people everyday but I know that these are relationships that will not end now, but only continue to grow!
