Internship one, Kreber
I started a little late at Kreber Studios, in High Point, NC. I was supposed to intern elsewhere but it didn't work out so now I am at Kreber and absolutely loving it! I am working with Troy and a few other great photographers. I'm learning a ton about lighting and finding that shooting table tops and still life's isn't so bad. If you know me, you know I'm most fond of shooting people and not still life's but I have come to appreciate it and am learning a lot of tricks about lighting! Working with stylists and designers is also great and it's great to get to see some of their tricks as well. I took my camera to 'work' today to start documenting my experience, here are a few shots from today.
I worked on this set up today. I was given the light bulbs and was told to make them look like trees. I think they look like cute little mushrooms but the client liked the first image we sent and approved it so that was encouraging.
Another set up for the same job. This one was done by Troy, my boss.
My classmate Cassie Kiser is also interning at Kreber and she was working on this set up with another photographer.
And here I am just being random exploring the studio. Keep checking back for more updates!
